Stuzzi FTW

Stuzzi is amazing! I went there earlier tonight and they had a 20 minute wait so Tim and I decided to eat at the pizza bar. From there we got a bird's eye view of the guys making the pizza. Needless to say that was entertainment enough for me. The pizza was so delicious.

For anyone that doesn't know they are certified by Naples to make Neapolitan pizza. They are the only place on the East coast and 1 of 5 in the country that are certified to do so. This pizza is the real deal. They fly their ingredients from Naples so it truly is authentic and cheaper than flying there to try the pizza for yourself.

I went with the Forte and Tim ate something with mushrooms and arugula on it. The tiramisu was so light and fluffy; it was the perfect close to the delicious meal. It only cost us $35 before tip. Definitely a great place to have dinner if you're thinking pizza. It's not a date place because the restaurant is really loud, but it was tasty and definitely made it to our "we're coming back" list.

Lady N'Awlins Food

This is one of my new favorite places to eat in Richmond. They have an excellent brunch, po boys, and entree options. Try the alligator bites.

Louisiana Flair Beignets

It's a huge shame this place is closing. They have the best beignets I've ever eaten. I haven't been to New Orleans though to have any from there, but of the places in Richmond I've tried them they are the best.

Get a Smartphone

This is why they put calculators on phones.
It's also sad that someone doesn't know proper grammar or know how to add/subtract.

Etsy Vintage Labratory Roundup

I am an absolute nerd for vintage laboratory things. I have a test tube display, two beakers, and a vintage round bottomed flask with stand. In fact anything science and vintage always peaks my interests. So I hope you enjoy and maybe are even inspired to purchase something to decorate your space with.
